WWE Star Turns Heel

There was a heel turn after the first match of last night’s WWE NXT No Mercy 2024 premium live event in Denver, Colorado.

In the opening match on the No Mercy card, NXT Tag Team Champions Andre Chase and Ridge Holland looked to defend against the team they won the titles from, Axiom and Nathan Frazer.

For months, a break-up between Frazer and Axiom has been teased, and during the match, Axiom even inadvertently kicked Frazer in the face, knocking him out.

However, the former champs were able to pull out a victory and pin Andre Chase as the rest of Chase U watched on from ringside as Chase and Holland lost their championship.

Clearly not taking the loss well, Ridge Holland seemingly snapped and took out every male member of Chase U at ringside.

Holland turned against Chase U, attacking Riley Osborne and Duke Hudson as they were exiting the ring after having comforted Chase and Holland following their loss.

Shoving them first, he would go on to attack both Osborne and Hudson, then laying out Andre Chase as well, driving him through a commentary table.

A stretcher was brought out for Chase as Thea Hail watched on crying about the entire scene.

After the commercial break, an update showed Andre Chase being stretchered away from the ringside area.
